|
A new species of wolf spider, Lycosa aragogi, is named after Aragog—the famous fictional spider from “Harry Potter” book series by J.K. Rowling. The new species is similar to the animatronic puppet version of the character used in the film “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets”, which is actually based on a wolf spider. The naming of the new species is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter book series." http://www.mapress.com/j/zt/article/view/zootaxa.4286.4.13 |
