A new species and new records of Indonemoura (Plecoptera: Nemouridae) from southwestern China

Abstract

A new species of Nemouridae (Plecoptera), Indonemoura mengla sp. nov., is described from Yunnan Province of southwestern China. The affinities towards similar species are discussed. Based on newly collected material of Indonemoura Baumann, 1975 from Yunnan and the Xizang Autonomous Region, three species, I. adunca (Harper, 1974), I. mira (Harper, 1974), and I. rostrilobata Sivec & Stark, 2010 are reported from China for the first time.
