Bradymerus mookambikanus (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), a new species from India

Abstract

A new species of Bradymerus Perroud, 1864 (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae: Stenochiinae) is described from Mookambika Wildlife Sanctuary (Karnataka, India). Illustrations, diagnosis, and an identification key to the Indian species accompany the new taxon description. In addition, a distribution map for the species of Bradymerus from India is provided.
