A new synonym of Paragnetina flavotincta (McLachlan, 1872) (Plecoptera: Perlidae) with notes on Paragnetina lacrimosa Klapálek, 1921

Plecoptera Stonefly Perlidae Paragnetina new synonym China

Abstract

Holotypes of two earlier described species of Paragnetina Klapálek, 1907 known from China, P. neimongolica Yang & Yang, 1996 and P. lacrimosa Klapálek, 1921 were re-examined and re-illustrated. We consider P. neimongolica a subjective junior synonym of P. flavotincta (McLachlan, 1872).
