Rhogasella Baker, 1917 and Rogasodes Chen & He, 1997 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Rogadinae) new for Vietnam, with descriptions of three new species

Hymenoptera Ichneumonoidea Rogadini new record Oriental parasitoids

Abstract

The parasitoid genus Rhogasella Baker is newly recorded for Vietnam’s braconid fauna based on three species, viz. Rhogasella albicentralis Long, sp. nov., R. maculata Long & van Achterberg, sp. nov. and R. simulata Long, sp. nov. In addition, Rogasodes scytaloptericola Quicke & Shaw is recorded for the first time from Vietnam. A checklist and distribution of species of Rhogasella and Rogasodes are given. A comprehensive key to the Oriental species of the genera Rhogasella and Rogasodes is also provided.
