Abstract

A new species, Maculonomia orri sp. nov., is described, diagnosed, and illustrated from India. Another species from the genus, Maculonomia penangensis (Cockerell,1920), is reported from India for the first time. A distribution map for the Indian species of Maculonomia is provided, along with tabulated key characteristics of the individual species.
