Abstract
The genus Hemilepistus Budde-Lund, 1879 is reported from China for the first time. Two new species of the subgenus H. (Hemilepistus) are described from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, northwest China: H. (H.) dushengi sp. nov. and H. (H.) conicus sp. nov. A key to the worldwide species of the subgenus is provided.
