Status of Stiralysia (Cameron, 1910) (Braconidae, Alysiinae, Alysiini), with description of a new species and a new combination

Abstract

Stiralysia Cameron, 1910 is re-instated as a subgenus of Phaenocarpa Foerster, 1863, and a new species P. (S.) jiahuacheni sp. nov. from China (Yunnan) is included. Phaenocarpa (S.) maiphuquyi (van Achterberg, 2009) comb. nov. from Vietnam is transferred from Heratemis Walker, 1860 and included in the subgenus Stiralysia. A provisional key to the species of the subgenus Stiralysia Cameron is also provided.
