Abstract

Cacoplistes (Laminogryllus) brevisparamerus sp. nov. was collected from Guangxi, China. New species is similar to C. (L.) choui Liu & Shi, 2012, but differs from the latter by the shape of male genitalia. The description and illustrations of the new species are provided. A distribution map of all species of Cacoplistes is presented.
